Chillin' here eating dragon fruit and taking pure raw shots of wheatgrass in Pai, northern Thailand with my friend Free. We went on this couple day amazing rafting trip followed by a river bath with an elephant.

Going to Thailand ..(again) and perhaps Myanmar

I am taking a short trip to see my wonderful friend Free in Pai northern Thailand. I really need a good cleansing vacation so I am looking forward to it. I would also like to mention a wonderful gathering I attended at another very good friend of mine yesterday.

running through my head

I have decided to start recording my thoughts for my fellow humans to read at liberty. I have had an interesting life thus far and would like to share some of my experiences and observations.
